Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (TOS) apply to all purchases made on the HistoriaMC online store.

The items sold are exclusively virtual products (ranks, cosmetics, currency). They have no real monetary value. Prices are displayed in Euros (incl. VAT).

Payment is secure and processed by Stripe or PayPal. By validating the transaction, the User confirms being of age or having the agreement of their legal representatives.

Virtual goods are automatically credited to the player's account within minutes after payment validation. A maximum delay of 24h may be necessary in case of maintenance.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium whose execution began after prior express consent of the consumer.

By validating your purchase, you agree to the immediate delivery of the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Any opening of a dispute (chargeback) without prior consultation with support will result in a permanent and irreversible ban from all HistoriaMC services.

No refund is granted once the service is delivered, except for a proven technical error on our part (double billing, for example).
