These Terms of Service (TOS) define the terms of availability of the services of the historia-mc.fr website and the conditions of use by the User.

The website and the Minecraft server are accessible free of charge to any user with internet access and a valid Minecraft game license (Java or Bedrock). The publisher strives to ensure 24/7 access but cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.

The User agrees to follow the server rules. The following are strictly prohibited:

- Use of cheating software (hacks, ghost clients).

- Toxic behavior, insults, or harassment.

- Exploitation of bugs (glitches) without reporting them.

Any failure to comply may lead to a permanent ban without notice.

The User is solely responsible for the security of their Minecraft account and credentials. HistoriaMC cannot be held responsible for damages caused by unauthorized access to a user account.

HistoriaMC is an entertainment service. The Publisher cannot be held responsible for the loss of virtual data (items, currency, progress) due to a technical incident or a bug.

In accordance with GDPR, HistoriaMC only collects data necessary for its operation (IP, username, logs). You have the right to access and delete your data by contacting support.
